Best time to visit Sapporo

The best time to visit Sapporo is both late spring (March to May) and fall (September to December).  

The summer is great as well (Mid July – Mid August) since the temperature will be cooler than other parts of Japan, and this is the season for Lavenders at the Horomitoge Lavender Garden.
